Shrimp Scampi over Linguine

A little “heat” from the spice, but it wasn’t so hot I couldn’t tolerate it. A LOT of pasta, which I love (but pasta doesn’t love me) and the shrimp was outstanding! Perfectly cooked when microwaved and the seasoning was really tasty if not a bit on the spicy side for my palate. I would still order this again—but would love to see a version of this with spaghetti squash instead of pasta for those of us who eat low carb.

Baby Back Ribs with Baked Potato

Usually get 4 ribs only got 3, corn on the cob was less than an inch and the "half" of a baked potato was the smallest I've gotten so far. Very disappointed in the portion size. Wish I could post pics

Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas

There is a bit too much jalapeño pepper in it for my liking. Otherwise delicious!
